As we know, music plays an important rolls in our lives. But I want to know that how music works when we are jogging, what kind of music we should listen to: symphony, dance music, rap or light music?
Thank you and happy New year!

Don’t laugh, but I think that listening to rock and roll, like Jerry Lee Lewis would be very upbeat and keep you energetic. You could always pop in Beethoven’s fifth symphony for a really hard run.

what kind of music will depend on your taste…

the problem is, how fast the tempo…
it’s depends on how fast you want to run…
your running pace = music tempo,
If you’re running in 80step per minute, then listen to a 80 beat per minute music…

just listen to some song and imagine you’re running as fast as the beat runs, find one that comfort enough for you on jog..

    Hope This Help
    Bless You
