Choir directors, how do you put together music for a Christmas performance when there is no music budget?

The only songs in the music library are Christmas carols that everyone sings every year.

Photocopying music in this case, for several reasons, is not an option.

    I don’t know if this will help too much, but check out:

    It is a website that hosts sheet music of most of the classical musicians (in other words, the ones with no copyright laws holding the public back), and it is all free and legal to distribute, perform, etc.

    All the music is in .pdf form, so it should print nicely.

    I did a quick search on the site for “Christmas”, and while only three came up, the last one was a “Traditional French” carol that I’ve never heard/seen before. It had a link to another site as well. Maybe a more creative search will yield something better.
