When you sync your iPod to your iTunes after you’ve downloaded music from mewseek does the music get deleted from both the iTunes and your iPod or just one or the other, or neither?

One. If you click sync, it will erase other source music on your iPod and replace with the contents of your iTunes library.
To avoid being erased, the best way is to get all music/videos off your iPod and put onto this computer and iTunes. All you need is to use this handy program called Tansee iPod Transfer to help you
Many of my friends are using it for its easy and safe transfer. The whole process goes as follows:
Simply install this program on your computer. When you plug your iPod to the computer, this program will instantly display all songs and videos on the iPod.You simply select what you wish to transfer and click “Copy” button. Done. All your selected files will be copied to your computer completely and safely. Now you can easily add those songs and videos to your iTunes library.
More importantly, this won’t overwrite any original files on your iPod.
It even has step-by-step guide on the whole process:
Best luck!
