My old computer died, along with my ipod library. I didn’t have an Itunes account as i’m not old enough to own a credit card. So i have all this music on my ipod. Is there a way to upload my music on my new computer?

Yes, but you must use a third party software like ImTOO or floola.
I’m using ImTOO. These softwares are not for free though. But I got a free license from someone on the internet, you can google it if you want to use the software for free because most of them only offer crappy trials. You can only transfer around 20 songs if you don’t have license.

Try iDump. It’s a freeware. You can easily find it at But it does not support iPod Touch yet.
I personally used Tansee iPod Transfer. It only offers free trial. But it works pretty well.
Good luck!
