Yeah aite im with u on that, it prob was Sug. But if he hadnt been killed by Sug the Gov wuda killed him, just like the Gov put him in jail. After the Sug theory tho i defo think the Gov a close contender because a lot of ppl didnt want him saying what he was saying. Yeah man, run that game, mixing jfk and rappers, tupac didn’t get shot because he was sayin some real **** (though he did say it like it is) he got shot because he was around some bad mofos, probably someone who benefited from his death did it (we all know who that migh be) but there are a lot of theories about who killed pac and none of them says anything about the government. if what you sayin is true, dead prez would be dead a loooong time ago!
