How easy is it to transfer music to your Sony Ericsson W580i?

I just got one the other day but I can’t transfer quite yet until I get the memory stick. I’ve been messing with a few software applications and my downloaded music is in my SonicStage and I can’t seem to move or transfer the music from there to i-tunes or the program suggested to help transfer music Disc2Phone 1.5. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice on transfering music to this phone?

I have the same problem you do!!! HELP!! I have not found anywhere where it states to have to have the memory stick before you can download from your computer… heck I have 64mb aviable on my phone.
