Just answers to this question…I don’t need any advice on alternative phone providers. I’m perfectly happy with the phone and Verizon and I’m not going to change it anytime soon.

just need a computer, internet, and windows media player 10 (or if using later than windows nt it is 9.0.1)
or, if you got music already on the phone and you have a card reader for your computer. just format the card in your phone (insert into your phone and turn it on), take the card out, put it in the card reader, and transfer music to “my music” folder.
